Remarks on Statistics Applet

The questions for this applet are read from a Web accessible text file. The current version is not very secure in that someone could look at the HTML code for the applet and bring up this file containing both the questions and answers. A better scheme is needed.

The question file is specified by the applet parameter: "questionsurl"

The form of the question file is

Include any information that may be important. #ANSWER Lots of important stuff that you should have included. In fact, there is so much stuff I am not going to take the time to tell you. #QUESTION Please state any additional stuff that you did not include in your first response. #ANSWER This should be blank since you should have answered the first question thoroughly.

The data is initially determined by the parameters "xdata" and "ydata." These strings are comma separated lists of values. Once the applet is loaded the values can be changed by either directly editing the values in the text boxes or by pasting other values into the boxes.
